Beginning May 1st, Hutton, will transition into the role, replacing Allen Arnold. Arnold, who launched the Fiction division for Thomas Nelson eight years ago, recently announced his desire to serve in the field of ministry. Arnold has accepted a new position at Ransomed Heart Ministries in Colorado Springs, CO.

She is an extremely accomplished individual who will bring a wealth of knowledge and creative thinking to our Fiction division.”
Hutton has been with Thomas Nelson for three and a half years; during her tenure the Company has experienced unprecedented growth in the areas she has managed. Additionally, Daisy led the way for the No. 1 “New York Times” best- seller “Heaven Is For Real” to experience translation into 35 different languages.

With a background in French and English literature, prior to joining Thomas Nelson in 2008, Hutton had a wealth of publishing and literary experience—including tenures with Harvard Business Press, The Perseus Books Group, and New York literary agent Georges Borchardt.
