First of Three Trade Books To Release Fall 2013
Max Lucado Signs New Deal with Thomas Nelson
Thomas Nelson and New York Times bestselling author Max Lucado will continue their long-term relationship with the signing of a new three-book contract. The three trade books will release in the next five years, the first in the fall of 2013.
The new contract allows Thomas Nelson to publish not only trade books but also supplemental products based on the content of the upcoming titles. These ancillary products will likely be crafted for the children’s, gift and curriculum groups within the company to release simultaneously with each respective trade book.
Thomas Nelson has consistently published Max Lucado’s books since The Applause of Heaven released in 1990, and this contract marks their ninth consecutive multiple-book agreement with Lucado, spanning 25 years of publishing.

Thomas Nelson will complete their current agreement with Lucado with the publication of GRACE: More Than We Deserve, Greater Than We Imagine, which releases September 18, 2012.
